Phase 1 covers 25 operational acres on Angaon–Wada Road and is fully licensed and handed over. Phase 2 adds 40 acres on the same corridor and begins soon — early enquiries can shape unit sizes, bay configuration and liquid-handling requirements before the layout is frozen.
PESO-regulated storage fails on paperwork more often than on concrete. We have taken this campus through Class A, B and C approvals, a granted Fire NOC, MPCB consent, decanting compliance and PESO-compliant electricals — and we run the same playbook on client projects.
